Halloween - Cool weather and even cooler costumes

October is one of my favorite months. I love when the weather starts to cool down and it's a little more bearable to be outside. I also love Halloween. It's one of the only times when you can wear something completely ridiculous and have it be perfectly appropriate. This year, why not turn your Halloween party pictures into a scrapbook?
